Georgia Gazette Riddle, Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008

The Georgia Gazette riddle is your chance to win a free pass into state parks for a year. Here is another chance to win. This week's riddle describes a state park.

In a coastal river's depths
Lies the Nashville's sunken wreck
Federals sunk her, that's for sure

But they couldn't capture this fort-de-jeur
Not until the blue coats came by land

With Sherman and his guns in hand
The battle took just a clock's quarter

And the March to the Sea ended at water

Email your answer to
Gazette@gpb.org. You must include your name and address to win. You have until Friday to solve this riddle. We will announce the winner on Friday's show. Good luck.
